F-22 Specs

The F-22 the one of the newest edition to the USAF's formidable fighter inventory is truly a wonderful aircraft. It has two dimensional thrust vectoring, a stealth design, and can go super sonic without after burners. It can store all of its weapons in an internal bay, but can be out fitted with external hard points. Its computers can run up to 16 times faster than the F-15 and has a fly by wire system. It can take air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons and can track several targets at once. It even has an artificial intelligence system to help reduce pilot work load.

These features make a very use full and tactically sound fighter. Even its ability to link with another plane lets it use a very unique tactic. Two plane separated by 25-75 miles can link their computers together, then the rear jet can turn on its radar to get an enemies attention. When the enemy planes start for the rear jet, the front F-22 can take the radar info from the rear F-22 and lock its weapons on to the enemy. It can then fire an air-to-air missile at each enemy and can destroy the resistance without the enemies ever knowing that F-22 was there.
